THE FULL EXPERIENCE
Gin Masterclasses
Our 3 hour masterclass is one of the more unique Gin experiences available in Victoria. Be ready to be a true Distiller using our individual Copper Alembic Stills imported from Portugal.
This is a full Gin making experience. First we will take you through Gin’s interesting and colourful past. Then we provide you with an understanding of the science and process of fermentation and distillation. After that you will meet “Dudley”, our 500 litre Australian made Copper Still, that makes all our favourite Gin recipes.
Then the real fun begins. You will have full access to our botanical wall, a purpose designed layout where you can select botanicals based on the flavour profile you want in your final Gin. You will be using real botanicals, placed in your own Still to create your own spirit. It doesn’t get better than that!
