Our unique blends
When it comes to gin, we like to use the best of the past whilst incorporating modern methods.
We believe in respecting each botanical individually and the magic that is created when they are combined. Each botanical has its own complexity and requires different methods to optimise its flavour and purpose.
At puss & mew we create our Gin using a combination of three methods:
~ Steeping : Boiling botanicals in the pot
~ Vapour Infusion : Placing botanicals in the vapour path during distillation and,
~ Compounding : Botanicals soaked in the spirit post distillation
This allows us to extract the richest flavours from our balance of native and international ingredients so you can taste the unique blend of botanicals with every sip.

Australian Inspired
Australian Dry Gin
A Gin inspired by the red heart of the Australian Outback. The dry finish of Juniper is complimented by the freshness of Finger Lime and Peppermint Gum with notes of Wattleseed and Cinnamon Myrtle. Tasmanian Pepperberries provides a spiced complex finish. This Gin is a celebration of botanicals from around our great Country and will please those who enjoy a robust Juniper forward Gin.

Signature Dry Gin.
Smooth and complex, our Signature Dry Gin provides a balance of botanicals, drawing inspiration from the same liquor Captain Dudley Bradstreet would funnel through a cat’s paw. Spiced warmth with a hint of citrus and rooty undertones, finished by the subtle sweetness of vanilla to create a truly well-rounded sensory experience.

TRADITIONAL TREAT
Spiced Turkish Delight Gin.
Turkish Delight is a famous middle eastern dessert that has provided the inspiration for this unique Gin. Rose Petals are vapour infused to collect rose water, the core ingredient of the traditional treat. Taking this to the next level of flavour Juniper has been combined with a complimentary group of botanicals, to provide a spiced warmth and an elegant finish. Finally hibiscus is infused to complete the flavour balance and develop the brilliant colour to this show stopping drop of Gin.

smooth & nutty
Honey Coconut Gin.
Our Honey Coconut Gin is steeped in fresh Castlemaine Honey straight from the beekeeper. Adding toasted coconut this traditional combination is complimented by a hint of fig and warm spices. Your palate will experience the layers of this gin beginning with the nutty flavor of toasted coconut, the warmth of the spices in between and ending with the smoothness of Australian honey.

Level up
Navy Strength Gin.
Paying homage to the historical sailors, this Gin meets the test they required for “proof” that the spirit delivered was as promised by the British Royal Navy. Using the base of our Signature Gin the intensified strength provides an enhanced flavour experience where each botanical dances on the palate.
