Any requests for returns or exchanges of purchases needs to be undertaken within 14 days of receipt of the product. There are no cash refunds and a store credit will be provided if an exchange isn’t requested. All items must be returned in unused and un-opened condition and the purchaser is responsible for any return shipping costs, and the cost of delivery of the selected exchanged goods (if applicable). 


For any items damaged during shipping,  please notify us within 14 days of receiving the delivery with evidence and we will arrange for new products to be mailed out to you as a priority at our cost or provide you a store credit.
