45ml Puss & Mew Honey Coconut Gin
75ml pure pineapple juice
50ml coconut cram
1tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
125ml (about 5 chunks) frozen pineapple


  1. Blend together until fully combined
  2. Add 250ml ice cubes
  3. Pulse a few times till ice is crushed
  4. Pour into a glass and garnish with dehydrated pineapple wheels
